What to wear | Spring Edition

I hope everyone is having a wonderful May and enjoying the warm weather (despite this cold front we are currently in at the moment)! This months 'what to wear'  ties in all the brightly colored spring time blossoms. The color palate is rich with spring time earth tones, with a sweet kiss of brightly colored pinks, oranges, and mauve to accent. Perfect for those outdoor family sessions!

It's where the heart is....

I had the pleasure of photographing two families in the canola filed as well, here are some of the photos from those sessions. Enjoy!

Because little girls have a magic all their own.

Miss Marlie K. in the canola field that is located just down the road from the studio. A BIG thanks to the farmer(s) who let me use their field for the several session I did there. I did take full advantage of the brightly colored blooms, not to mention enjoyed the sweet smell of them!

Counting!

This afternoon Chloe and I were counting all the votes for the wedding photography results, about half way through Chloe tuckered out and fell asleep on me, and I was forced to finish counting on my own.

But after marking out all the double voters, I  was finally able to find out the winner! Which the winner was announced on the facebook, so congrats to them!

This weekend I have a newborn session, I'm really excited about. I'm going to make a few more prop hats tonight so I'll have a few more hats on hand. 

Still editing away, I just hope I get done by tonight with everyones photos, that way I wont have such a heavy load on me this coming month! Cross our fingers!

Lots of working

I've been busy working hard on pictures, orders, and everything else in between. Sickness struck the Webber house hold this week, both of my children and husband got over their colds, but I am still struggling with a over stuffed head and nose that is constantly running.

I've had a lot of sessions here so a lot of editing is going on. Just trying to catch up with everything before next months busy schedule starts...

Studio work: Jamon & family

Because I have so much catching up to do, I starting to finally get everyone photos done, though there were some minor set backs, my daughter has been sick for almost the whole week, which drug out my editing time out longer than I hoped. I'm still pretty pleased with how some of the photos turned out.
