Here is my before and after picture of my 'Little Mouse' set that I took of my daughter a week ago. I love showing before and after photos, it allows me to show my clients my editing and enhancing capabilities. The before picture is straight out of my camera (SOOC) and the after is hours of editing, sharpening, cloning, patching, color enhancing, and so much more.
I have to say that the mouse set has become a favorite of mine now, I have other hats and things but this one can really go with either sex. Which in my case is good, lol I keep collecting more girl prop hats than I have little boy prob hats. I really want to find a cat hat and diaper cover to go with the mouse set. I think that would be absolutely adorable for a twin photo session!
This is an before and after from the Walton Family session a few weeks back, I took out her bow and bra strap, fixed the background, lightened up babies eyes, smoothed out mothers skin, brightened their apparel, and also smoothed out fathers skin as well for a nice finished product.
Thought I love color to boot, with the new studio lighting and I lost a lot of my day light as well it turned their skin color a little on the yellow side, which for pictures is a BIG no no! So it took me forever to make their skin look normal, I started editing their film at 8AM -I didn't get finished until 7:30PM and this was non stop.A lot of their photos ended up looking a lot better in black and white than it did in color.
I usually try to proof everything in color and in black and white, but this session just ended up having hardly any real color images.
